Refunds and Returns
At Rochester Pharmacy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can return it for a full credit, refund, replacement, or exchange, provided:
1. You have the original tax invoice/till slip as proof of purchase.
2. Items are returned within 30 days of purchase.
3. The product has not expired.
4. The product is not damaged, including packaging.
5. The product is returnable (some items are non-returnable due to hygiene/health reasons).
Defective Products
Defective products may be returned within 6 months of purchase, provided:
1. You have the original tax invoice/till slip as proof of purchase.
2. The product has not expired.
3. The product has not been tampered with, including packaging.
Return Process
Returns are subject to inspection, and credits/refunds are at the discretion of the store manager. For online returns, we may request photographs and written submissions detailing the reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of products with removed, damaged, or tampered packaging, personal or hygiene-related products, or medicines.
Refund Timeline
Refunds may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect, depending on bank processing times.
Refund Vouchers
Refund vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us at 061 516 6848. Cancellations are accepted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to debit your payment card for delivery fees.
Payment and Breach of Terms
If you cancel payment or breach our terms, you remain liable for the full purchase price, including recovery costs.
